CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We understand that there may be occasions when you would like to cancel your orders or return a product to us. We have made it our policy to help you with whatever problem you encounter, including purchase cancellations and product returns. All orders that are submitted to Yours Packaging are subject to this policy. Any legal protections you may have under Consumer Protection Acts are not affected by this policy.

Returns & Refunds

Given that Yours Packaging customises its products and services to meet the needs and specifications of its clients, it is advised that clients notify the business in the event that products are delivered that do not meet their requirements or are defective. Within three days, you can email comments to sales@yourspackaging.com with in 3 working Days

Order Refunds

Once you approve the proof, we send the printing tasks to the press department. You have four hours from the time the proof is approved to cancel your order. If the transaction is cancelled after processing, there will be a fee of 5% of the entire order cost. You must notify us of any order cancellations between 12 to 24 hours.
There will be no refunds if you decide to cancel your purchase after it has been processed by the press. Conversely, we are able to offer you a free warehouse facility. When it’s needed, we can mail the order.

• Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
• Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed.
• PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days:
• Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval
• EXPRESS – Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days
• FREE Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states.
• Products will be shipped within 6 business day after final proof approval
